I Started Acting Age 54
GSPA — Gospel School for Performing Arts — was founded by me, Pearl Jarrett, the lady who walked into my very first acting class at the age of 54. I know exactly what it feels like to look at your dream and whisper "that ship has sailed." I know because I felt it too, yet I wanted to prove myself wrong.
This is me in the movie "Aladdin" with Will Smith — a major Hollywood production, shot right here in England. Hair. Makeup. Costume. My own trailer. A golf cart came to take me to set. This is what a "yes" looks like. Not someday. Not for someone else. For ME! and for YOU!

We are the only acting school in the UK built specifically for the Gospel and Christian community. Your values, your voice, your story — all welcome here.
Our Founder started at age 54 and is still acting in her 60s. She says she's just getting started. Some of our students are teenagers. There is no age limit here — only possibility.
We write theatre productions including musical theatre, as well as TV shows and movies — and we'll put you in them. So you are a working actor even while you're training.
